2 - Microsoft Updates
- On Tuesday, January
9, 2007, Microsoft released the
critical updates listed below
for Microsoft Office and Windows
XP. To install these updates, as
well as any previous updates you
may have missed, start Internet
Explorer, click on the TOOLS,
select MICROSOFT UPDATE and
perform a CUSTOM installation.
(Note: The Microsoft Update site
may ask to perform a validation
of your Windows installation, no
updates can be installed until
this validation has taken
place.)
If Internet Explorer 7 appears
in the list of available updates
we recommend that you install it
as well but with the caution
that IE7 will take some getting
used to as its interface differs
significantly from earlier
versions of Internet Explorer.
